Established to increase the recruitment and retention and professional development of Hispanic/ Latino(a) science, math, engineering, technology students at Michigan Technological Univeresity; promote the advancement of Hispanic/ Latino(a) engineers and scientists in employment and education; develop and participate in programs with industry and the university, which benefit students seeking technical degrees; improve the retention of Hispanic/ Latino(a) students enrolled in science, math, engieering,and technology.
